Jim is the Chief Executive Officer of Broadway Precision Technology (BPT) and serves on its Board of Directors.

Prior founding BPT, Jim has vast knowledge on Cadcam & Solidwork application. Jim sits as a director on numerous engineering companies

Having garner multitudinous of know-how and experience; Jim takes his business knowledge up a notch venturing into the semiconductor industry. BPT was established solely for the purpose of penetrating into the semiconductor industry. Jim is BPT’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all of the company’s worldwide sales and operations, including end-to-end management of BPT’s supply chain, sales activities, service and support in all markets and countries. He also headed BPT’s core plan of venturing into micro drilling technology and played a key role in penetrating into the semiconductor industry and supplier relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace. This had led BPT to lead the industry and became the World’s 1st Asia engineering company that has the capability of drilling 0.03mm diameter hole with 0.05mm pitch. BPT is also capable of handling sensitive base material such as graphite, brass, aluminium, and stainless steel. It’s capability of producing high quality products had captured the interest of MNCs such as Mediatek and Amkor to collaborate with BPT.
