Jim is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of BPT and serves on its Board of Directors.

Prior to founding BPT, Jim gained extensive experience on CAD/CAM & SolidWorks applications. He currently holds directorships in several engineering companies, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to his ventures.

Leveraging his deep expertise and technical acumen, Jim expanded his business into the semiconductor industry, recognising its potential for growth and innovation. BPT was founded with a clear vision – to establish a strong presence in the semiconductor sector.

Under Jim’s leadership, BPT pioneered its core focus on micro-drilling technology, a strategic move that played a crucial role in gaining market entry and building strong supplier relationships. His forward-thinking approach ensures the company remains agile and responsive in an increasingly demanding marketplace.

As CEO, Jim oversees BPT’s global sales and operations, managing the company’s end-to-end supply chain, sales strategies, and customer support across all markets. His leadership continues to drive BPT’s expansion and success on the global stage.
